RevenueCat removes the headaches of building and scaling in‑app subscriptions.

Since graduating from YC’s S18 batch we’ve grown into the default monetization platform for mobile: we’re in >40% of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $12B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo dev in Brazil to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.

We’re a remote‑first crew of 150+, spread across 25+ countries, and guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance. If you want your work to touch hundreds of millions of end‑users (and help the developers behind them get paid), you’ll fit right in.

The Role

RC Capital is RevenueCat's first foray into financial services, and this role puts you on the founding team, just six people today and growing fast. Our first product, Early Payouts, is a factoring product that gives developers access to their proceeds without having to wait the 30-60 days for App Store paydays.

As Sales Operations Specialist, you'll own the customer lifecycle end-to-end for RC Capital: evaluating new leads, onboarding customers, supporting them once live, and handling the operational and risk work. You'll work closely with Product, Sales, Support, Finance, and Marketing, with the range to jump between a discovery call, a client escalation, a fraud-risk review, and a new CRM campaign all in the same day. This role reports to our VP of Strategy & Operations, Faye.

What You'll Do

In the first 30 days, you'll:

  • Get ramped on RC Capital's product, pricing, and how it fits into RevenueCat's broader platform.
  • Get full visibility into the current pipeline and onboarding process. You’ll know every deal stage and every open onboarding and make sure opportunities don’t fall through the cracks.
  • Shadow sales calls, onboarding flows, and account reviews, and handle your first customer calls with support from your manager.
  • Observe and then handle support queries with supervision.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

In the first 60 days, you'll:

  • Independently handle incoming customer queries and disputes, escalating only real edge cases.
  • Own your own portfolio of inbound and outbound opportunities, running screening through onboarding independently.
  • Report regularly on the size and quality of the funnel to the team and executives. Provide insight around funnel composition, speed to close, and drop off at different stages.
  • Contribute directly to marketing and content initiatives aimed at developer acquisition and retention for RC Capital.
  • Surface customer needs and ops improvements for roadmap planning to help us improve customer experience and scale faster.

Within the first 90 days, you'll:

  • Run the full sales cycle end-to-end with minimal support and work closely with Sales and Support teams to acquire new leads for RC Capital.
  • Oversee marketing efforts and track campaign and pipeline performance to deliver on targets.
  • Have shipped automations and workflow changes that measurably reduce manual support load and improve customer experience.
  • Have implemented and refined strategies to manage risk throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Be a valuable contributor to the Product roadmap, surfacing customer requests to the team.
  • Be a trusted point of contact for Legal, Operations, and Data on partner and regulatory questions.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in a client-facing role spanning sales, account management, or customer support, ideally with experience in fintech/payments.
  • 1-2 years of marketing or growth experience running campaigns, producing content, or managing CRM-driven outreach, with some fluency in tracking marketing performance.
  • Track record of closing and managing a high volume of client relationships.
  • Comfortable operating across ambiguity; equally at ease in a client call, a data review, or a cross-functional planning meeting.
  • Comfortable with AI tools and building automations.
  • Strong analytical instincts; comfortable working in CRM, support, and analytics tooling (Salesforce, Notion, Linear, Zendesk/Intercom, Google Analytics or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; calm under pressure when resolving disputes or risk issues.
  • Detail-oriented with a bias toward process improvement and documentation.
  • Ability to work overlapping hours with US timezones.
