PEARSON MISSION: Building the ride since 1860

At Pearson, we share our customers' passion for cycling and have been dedicated to helping people get out and ride since 1860. Our knowledge and expertise are unmatched, and we are eager to share them. Despite our heritage, we move with the times, sitting at the cutting edge of bicycle innovation.

Who are we?

We are one big family: owners, employees and riders who have kept our relationship with customers as we have grown. We design our bikes to be best in class, seamlessly blending engineering with the latest advancements in materials and technology, and we believe they are the perfect companion for your next ride, be that crossing the Pyrenees or your local club cafe loop. Our customers are part of our family and we treat them as such. Every bike is built to order in our London workshop with care and delivered personally to the door, and our aftersales care reflects our commitment to our customers' cycling experience.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated, customer focused team member to join us across sales, customer service and operations.

Half the role is delivering a market leading customer experience:

  • Answering enquiries
  • Guiding riders through their buying journey
  • Providing aftersales support

The other half keeps the operation moving:

  • Booking stock in and out
  • Running dispatch
  • Hand delivering finished bikes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
