The Role
Reporting to the Manager, Sales Operations, this role supports sustained regional growth by translating strategic objectives into effective operational execution across sales operations, training services, and Professional Services administration. It streamlines scalable sales workflows, guides teams through commercial processes, and reduces administrative effort so Sales can focus on revenue-generating activity.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage day-to-day operational processes for Blueprint training programs across the Geotechnical portfolio, coordinating stakeholders and supporting strong customer engagement across regional and global programs.
- Support OpenGround and PLAXIS training services through registration management, learner administration, logistics, customer communications, and reporting.
- Coordinate end-to-end administration for Open Enrolment courses, including quotes, order processing, approvals, customer onboarding, and invoicing.
- Act as the primary operational contact for customer procurement, vendor onboarding, purchase order, and invoicing requirements, resolving blockers that could affect delivery, customer experience, or revenue realization.
- Support Professional Services administration, including proposal coordination, project setup, reporting, invoicing, and compliance with business procedures.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures for training services, Blueprint programs, and Professional Services administration to strengthen continuity, scalability, and consistency.
- Own Salesforce data integrity and support pipeline management, end-to-end sales transactions, forecast accuracy, and compliance with pricing, approvals, and CRM standards.
- Partner with Sales, leadership, Global Sales Operations, Seequent Information Services, and Commercial teams to improve workflows and provide guidance on opportunity management, pipeline health, and deal closure.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
