Sales Operations Coordinator
Location: Leicester – Office Based
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Travel: Occasional UK-wide travel for meetings
Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a growing organisation within the infrastructure sector who are looking to appoint a highly organised and commercially minded Sales Operations Coordinator to join their Infrastructure Division.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will provide central support across multiple businesses within the division, helping sales teams operate efficiently while ensuring CRM data, reporting, bids, proposals and sales processes are managed effectively.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within sales operations, commercial support or business development, with regular exposure to senior stakeholders across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting sales and business development teams across the Infrastructure Division
- Maintaining accurate CRM data and supporting users across the business
- Producing sales reports, dashboards, pipeline analysis and KPI information
- Coordinating bids, tenders, proposals and framework opportunities
- Assisting with presentations, capability statements and sales collateral
- Tracking actions from sales meetings and following up with stakeholders
- Liaising with Finance, Credit Control and Master Data teams
- Analysing sales data to identify trends, issues and opportunities
- Supporting the wider sales team with day-to-day administration and coordination

We are looking for someone with experience in a Sales Administration, Sales Support, Sales Operations, CRM Administration or Business Development Support role.
- Strong CRM experience – NetSuite would be advantageous
- Excellent organisational and attention-to-detail skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience producing professional documentation and reports
- Confidence working with sales data, KPIs and pipeline information
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- A proactive approach and the confidence to follow up with stakeholders
Experience with bids, tenders, proposals or procurement portals such as Contracts Finder or Jaggaer would be desirable, as would experience within professional services, engineering, consultancy or technical sectors.
