About the Company
We’re building infrastructure that makes healthcare innovation easier. Our customers already serve 3+ million patients and manage $15+ billion in annual medical spend. Today, we work with leading healthcare groups backed by top Silicon Valley investors such as Sequoia, General Catalyst, Y Combinator, Kleiner Perkins, Stanford, Khosla Ventures, and others. Our mission is to enable more innovation in healthcare—so more patients receive affordable care.
About the Team
Our leadership previously founded and led a national digital health company (>$15M raised), with a team of 100+ employees across the US and that sold to a 1,000+-person incumbent. We’re a tight-knit team that’s driven to move fast and take on some of the biggest problems in healthcare and ultimately improve patient lives.
About the Role
As our business grows, we're looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to help our Partnerships team run efficiently as we scale.
In this role, you'll handle the day-to-day operational work behind each deal — researching prospective clients, preparing materials ahead of discovery calls, running diligence and screening on incoming bookings, coordinating follow-ups, and keeping the backend of the pipeline clean and on time.
You'll work closely with our Account Executives and cross-functional teams — including Client Success, Compliance Ops, and BizOps — to make sure prospects move through the pipeline smoothly and hand off cleanly to onboarding.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on operational rigor, enjoys working behind the scenes to keep complex workflows on track, and wants to play a meaningful role in how a fast-growing healthtech company scales its partnerships function.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
