🚨 NEW ROLE | Sales Operations Specialist | Global Software Company
12 Months FTC
Are you a Sales Operations, Commercial Operations or Order Management professional who enjoys solving problems, working with systems and making processes run more smoothly? I’m currently recruiting for a Sales Operations Specialist to join an established global software company.
This is a varied role where you’ll become a key point of contact for the order lifecycle, making sure orders are accurate, compliant and processed successfully — particularly when things fall outside the usual automated process.
It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, systems and process improvement, rather than simply processing orders day in, day out.
💻 What will you be doing?
- Managing complex and non-standard SaaS orders
- Reviewing orders to ensure pricing, discounts and terms are accurate
- Investigating ordering issues and finding solutions
- Supporting sales teams and channel partners with ordering queries
- Working with systems including HubSpot, NetSuite and FastSpring
- Managing inbound tickets and troubleshooting ordering/portal issues
- Maintaining internal process and "how-to" documentation
- Identifying recurring problems and helping improve processes
- Looking for opportunities to automate manual workflows and use AI-driven tools
- Supporting testing of new system updates
- Working collaboratively with Sales, Commercial Operations and other internal teams

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
