SUMMARY
Our customer is at the centre of everything we do. The Sales Operations Specialist will deliver outstanding supply chain performance through all aspects of planning and execution in support of our customers' business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver and provide best-in-class processes to support retail customers.
- Establish strong relationships with retail customer buying and planning teams.
- Provide insight to customers through CPFR relationships, inventory and sell-through analysis and reporting, purchase order management, and managing the customer returns process.
- Manage end-to-end order management processes, including:
- Order entry and scheduling through EDI or manual order management.
- Order processing and fulfilment with global 3PL warehouses and/or factories, ensuring all customer-specific shipping and routing requirements are met.
- Selection of the most cost-effective shipping methods and carriers to meet customer expectations.
- Advance Ship Notifications (ASNs).
- Invoice processing for all retail orders.
- Support the Sales team in securing and maintaining customer accounts, including account and item setup processes.
- Establish performance measurement systems.
- Support other operational activities as required.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- The ability to plan ahead and adapt to unexpected business and market changes.
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of retail compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and vendors.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, Pivot Tables and Power Query.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Reliability, consistency and a proactive approach.
- A working knowledge of routing guide requirements and specifications.
- 1–2 years' experience in Sales Operations and/or Supply Chain Planning.
- Experience working with global retail and distribution accounts.
