Position Summary:
The Price Administrator will collaborate with the Pricing team to implement and manage pricing and multipliers in Oracle ERP and other relevant price repositories, such as Configure One and Trinergy Cube. This role involves managing daily pricing requests from various departments and serving as the primary contact for all price changes in Oracle and Configure One, for both Direct and Channel business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pricing Implementation in Oracle:
- Manage pricing for all products within Oracle (Sales Inventory Organization and Plant environment).
- Handle IPL (Internal Price List) and multipliers, transfer price, local street price (SPL), qualifiers/modifiers, price families, and country/region tables for list prices.
- Calculate prices at the partner level for IT Channel Partners and Key Accounts.
- ERP Multiplier Implementation:
- Implement multipliers by country, channel, customer, and product family.
- Price List Management:
- Implement price lists in quoting tools and other repositories (e.g., apps or sales tools).
- Set up and maintain discount settings in Oracle and linked sales tools by product, customer, customer type, and channel.
- Support and Coordination:
- Assist various departments (Order Processing, Engineering, Sales, etc.) with daily pricing requests.
- Work with the Master Data Management Team to set up prices for new items and coordinate item attributes for automatic price calculation in Oracle.
- Reporting and Metrics:
- Assist with pricing reports, analyses, and information for IT, Sales, OPC, MDM, etc.
- Support the creation and maintenance of pricing metrics and related documentation.
- Data Accuracy and Maintenance:
- Perform regular price checks to ensure data accuracy in Vertiv systems (Oracle, C1), including monthly audits.
- Maintain all pricing files, including trimmer tables, regional price lists, internal documentation, and pricing procedures.

Qualifications:
- Degree-level qualification.
- 2-3 years in analytical roles or ERP maintenance.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication for senior audiences.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- VBA knowledge (a plus).
- Proficiency in Windows applications, especially Excel.
- Project management capabilities.
- Ability to work in a matrix management structure.
- Effective time management.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with virtual/remote teams.
