About Percy & Reed
Percy & Reed is a fast-growing and entrepreneurial British premium haircare brand. Since 2011, our high-performance, easy-to-use products have achieved success across the UK and internationally. We’re looking for a proactive Sales & Operations Team Assistant to support our team and grow with us.
The Role
This entry- to early-career position offers broad exposure to commercial, operational, and strategic parts of a premium beauty business. It’s ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a solutions-driven mindset and a desire to learn quickly. You’ll support the COO and work cross-functionally to ensure timely execution of key activities.
Location
Hybrid (Remote with occasional days in Percy & Reed’s Oxford Street office, retailer visits and manufacturing locations)
Sales & Commercial Support
- Prepare materials for key retail meetings, line reviews and commercial presentations.
- Support store visits and organisation of in-store retailer events.
- Help manage all logistics around QVC TV shows, including preparation, on-site coordination and post-show analysis.
- Conduct market and competitor research, summarising key insights.
- Assist with sales reporting, forecasting and performance tracking.
- Liaise with internal teams to support alignment and follow-up on actions.
- Maintain accurate pricing, promotions and commercial documents.

Operations & Project Coordination
- Prepare briefing documents for manufacturers and product registration partners.
- Support day-to-day workflows across supply chain, logistics and inventory planning.
- Track timelines and deliverables for product launches and operational initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with sales, marketing, operations and finance.
- Provide order processing cover during team holidays.
Assistant & Administrative Support
- Support the Global Sales & Operations Director with diary management, meeting co-ordination and email triage.
- Assist with budget processes, purchase orders, invoices and expense tracking.
- Organise and manage samples and free stock requirements.
- Maintain project plans and critical paths.
- Build strong cross-team relationships to ensure timely input and delivery.
- Attend internal and external meetings, prepare and circulate minutes.
- Arrange travel and support document legalization, translations and similar requirements.
- Provide customer service cover during team holidays.
Experience & Characteristics – Essential
- Experience in an assistant, operations or commercial support role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, independent learner with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint (and Canva desirable).

Experience & Characteristics – Desirable
- Experience in beauty, haircare, luxury or consumer brands.
- Exposure to sales operations, supply chain or retail environments.
- Experience in a high-growth or entrepreneurial business.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or project tools.
