Sales Opportunities - Inverness

Permanent | Fully office based
£30,000, depending on experience | Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Do you enjoy building customer relationships, spotting sales opportunities and delivering excellent service?

Morgan Hunt is supporting an established, employee-owned Scottish energy business with two permanent opportunities based in Inverness.

Commercial Sales Negotiator

You'll work with existing and prospective business customers to develop sales, build relationships and negotiate solutions that meet their needs. The role also includes preparing quotations, processing orders and maintaining accurate customer records.

Outbound Telesales Executive

You'll introduce the business's new offering to existing and prospective domestic customers, explain their options and convert opportunities into supply contracts. You'll also support renewals and customer retention, combining sales targets with a personal, consultative approach.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in sales, telesales, customer acquisition or retention.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
  • A proactive approach to developing opportunities and following up with customers.
  • Strong organisation and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Fuel or energy experience would be useful for the commercial role, but we're also keen to hear from candidates with transferable experience from other sectors.
