We’re looking for an ambitious Intern to join our team and help drive our go-to-market, onboarding and customer support. This is a rare opportunity to join at the start of a high-growth SaaS company and shape how we go to market and support customers.


What VoltView Does

We help UK businesses:

  • Secure better energy contracts
  • Catch energy billing errors automatically
  • Improve EPC ratings and reduce energy waste
  • Save time, money, and admin hassle

What you’ll be doing

Customer Success & Go-to-Market

  • Test and optimise acquisition channels across outbound, inbound, referrals, and partnerships
  • Refine messaging and positioning for UK SMEs, multi-site landlords, franchises, and enterprise accounts
  • Onboard new customers and coordinate setup
  • Provide ongoing support and address energy supplier account issues
  • Build early support processes, content, and performance metrics
  • Ensure customers stay happy
  • Contribute to building a high-performance account management team

Operations, Product & Strategy

  • Help define our brand
  • Feed customer insight directly into product development - helping prioritise features and test improvements
  • Streamline internal processes for sales, onboarding, contracts, and billing
  • Track and analyse sales, support, and retention metrics

You’ll be a great fit if you

  • Are passionate about startups, or want to start a business
  • Can handle the full customer lifecycle – pitch, close, onboard, support
  • Communicate clearly and confidently – written and spoken
  • Are highly organised, proactive, and always looking to improve how things work
  • Believe that the energy sector has problems worth solving

Bonus points if you

  • Have a STEM background or have a basic understanding of physics (kWh, gCO2eq/kWh, W m⁻² K⁻¹, etc.)
  • Have an understanding of effective A/B testing
  • Can code or vibe code
  • Have driven growth through referrals
  • Are confident using spreadsheets
  • Have built or improved a customer support system or function
