Sales Ops Manager
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Ops Manager to manage relationships with our podcasters and advertisers. You’ll play a crucial role within our Sales Operations team, ensuring that our advertising campaigns run smoothly and our podcasters are happy. You’ll work in one of the most exciting corners of UK media, liaising daily with our teams in Sales, Content and Tech. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, assist in achieving sales goals and meet client expectations. A passion for podcasts is a plus.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working closely with our Sales team to help manage podcast advertising campaigns across a varied portfolio of shows.
- Monitoring and maintaining campaigns from launch to final execution. Addressing any issues that may arise during campaign execution and communicating with key stakeholders throughout. Tracking requests from clients and providing requested information.
- Updating internal sales documents, including decks and one sheets. Assisting with campaign air-checks and recaps.
- Proactively contacting podcasters to gauge their interest in endorsing products and participating in advertising campaigns.
- Preparing and delivering weekly copy and promotional materials to podcasters, ensuring they have the necessary information to deliver campaigns effectively.
- Monitoring and confirming airing of advertising spots, providing proof of execution to internal departments as well as agencies and advertisers.
- Maintaining accurate records of podcaster engagements, campaign progress, and feedback to support reporting and optimisation efforts.

What you’ll need to be:
- A team player who is also comfortable working under your own initiative.
- Somebody with a focus on detail and an understanding of how they contribute to the greater whole.
- A great communicator who can proactively initiate conversations, both written and verbal, as well as respond with efficiency and precision in a timely and friendly manner to internal and external partners.
- A multitasker and fast learner, who can manage multiple deadlines and projects.
- Prepared. You use your skills to manage operations effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, quality-focused environment.
- Adept at learning new systems and processes, with at least a year of experience in sales operations, account management, or a related role, preferably within a digital media or advertising environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- A proactive problem-solver, with a customer-centric approach.
