Reporting to the Commercial Director, we are looking for an experienced Aluminium window and door processor to provide all processing functions of Customers’ orders/quotations with an ability to talk through our range offering, providing technical support to our customers, within Company guidelines and SLA.
Duties will include checking and processing orders/quotes to ensure accuracy of data input, seeking specification sign off quickly and efficiently and liaising with the internal/production departments to verify confirmed dates are in line with Customers expectations.

Person Specification:
- Must be experienced in Aluminium processing.
- Technically capable of understanding product limitations.
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Accurate in data entry with a high attention to detail.
- Must be willing to undertake any training requirements commensurate to the post on or off site.

Essential Experience:
- Previous order processing experience within the Fenestration industry is a must.
- Experience with Smart Systems Aluminium desirable.
- Comprehension of Windows Designer software desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
- Technically capable of understanding customer surveys and requirements.
