Essential Cuisine are looking to recruit a full time Sales Order Processor to join their busy team.

The SOP member will report to the Sales Supply & Distribution Manager and work closely with sales and operational teams, warehouse and customers directly.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with FG Warehouse and Goods-In Warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of all sales orders within Sage 200.
  • Knowledge and understanding of export procedures.
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers, handling queries.
  • Checking stock levels.
  • Able to anticipate/identify problems and owning them through to conclusion.
  • Has a wider knowledge of the external factors affecting the business and their implications.

  • Previous experience of Sage or other ERP systems would be an advantage but training will be given.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Confident in speaking to customers on the telephone.
  • The ability to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • A flexible approach to work.
  • The ability to solve problems.

Hours:

  • 40 hrs /per week, 8.30-4.30pm Mon-Thurs and 8-4pm Fridays.
