We're hiring: 2 Sales Partners to help Fruitful blossom!
Fruitful is going to market, and we want two hungry, resilient salespeople to lead the charge. This is a ground-floor seat in a new business. You'll sell a platform that wins estate agents real instructions, earn on every licence you sell, and keep earning on it every month it stays live. If you love opening doors, hate waiting to be told what to do, and want your income tied to your own effort, read on.
Role: Sales Partner (self-employed) x 2
Market: UK property professionals. Estate agents first, then mortgage advisers and conveyancers
Earnings: Uncapped commission, with recurring income on every licence
Territories: Midlands & North, and Midlands & South. One Sales Partner for each
About Fruitful
Property data is a commodity. Fruitful gives the agent the person behind the property. Our platform matches live listings and pre-mover signals to real people, with names, phone numbers and emails. It then runs automated, multi-channel marketing to them under the agent's own brand. All the agent has to do is pick up the phone. It was built with the self-employed estate agent in mind: the agent who is the business, whose patch is their livelihood, and who is tired of spending evenings and weekends door knocking. And it works. In a 12-month pilot, one person working the system averaged 5 valuations a week and won £257,973 in instructed fees (based on an average fee of £3,000). 87% of those instructions were sold subject to contract within 4 weeks.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The role
- You'll sell Fruitful licences to individual property professionals, starting with self-employed estate agents across your territory. Mortgage advisers and conveyancers follow as we grow.
- Find, approach and win new customers. This is a new business role, start to finish.
- Get in front of agents, face to face or on video, and show them what Fruitful does for their patch.
- Own your pipeline from first conversation to signed 12-month licence.
- Aim for 20 new licences a month.
- Bring back what you hear in the market so we keep sharpening the product and the pitch.
- Work directly with the founder. No layers, no politics, fast decisions.
Who you are
- A go-getter. You make the call, send the message, knock on the door. Nobody has to chase you.
- Resilient. A no doesn't dent you. You learn from it and dial the next number.
- A natural new business seller. You enjoy the hunt and you know how to close.
- Ambitious. You want to build something, and you want your earnings to reflect what you put in.
- Credible with property people. Experience in or around estate agency, mortgages, conveyancing or proptech is a real advantage. Attitude matters more than your CV.
- Self-sufficient. You run your own diary, your own pipeline and your own day.

What you'll earn
This is a self-employed, commission-only role with no cap. You earn on every licence you sell, and you keep earning on it every month it stays live. Hit target and you're looking at £60,000+ in your first year. Because your income is recurring, every sale builds a book that keeps paying, so year two starts from a far higher base than year one. The ceiling is yours to set. We'll take you through the full commission structure when we speak.
What you get from us
- A product with proven results and a clear story to tell.
- Full training on the platform and the pitch, direct from the founder.
- Branded sales material, one-pagers and pilot results to put in front of customers.
- A founder who is in the market with you, building the brand every week.
- First-mover position in a business that is just getting started.
How to apply
Message Luke directly on LinkedIn. Tell us in a few lines why this is you and what you've sold before. No long forms, no cover letters. If you're the right fit, we'll talk this week.
