Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You don’t need to sell everything. In fact, we’d rather work with people who understand a particular market and can focus on the products most relevant to their network.

For example, if you already have relationships with hotels and hospitality operators, you could focus on TalkStay. If you work with SMEs, agencies, or organizations looking to improve customer experience and accessibility, TalkWeb may be a better fit.

About You

We’re interested in people with experience in:

  • B2B Sales
  • SaaS Sales
  • Business Development
  • Partnerships
  • Account Management
  • Technology Sales

You should be comfortable finding prospects, opening conversations, demonstrating value, building relationships, and closing business.

How to Apply

If you can open doors and close deals, we’d like to partner with you. Send us a short introduction covering what you’ve sold, the industries you know, and the customers you can reach.

Note: This is an independent partnership opportunity on a revenue-sharing/commission-only basis, not a salaried employment position.
