Fully Remote Partner Recurring commission

We're looking for Sales Partners to bring Selfhost.dev to the developers, agencies, and teams who'd benefit from it. This isn't a traditional quota-and-churn sales seat. It's a partnership: you build relationships, bring teams onto Selfhost.dev, and share in the value they create over time.

Selfhost.dev is a managed-database and app-deployment platform. Your job is to find teams who are overpaying for fragmented infrastructure and show them a simpler, cheaper way to run their whole stack.

What you'll do

  • Identify and reach out to teams, agencies, and developers who'd be a strong fit for Selfhost.dev.
  • Run conversations and demos that show how Selfhost.dev replaces expensive, fragmented infrastructure.
  • Guide new customers through getting started, and help them grow over time.
  • Build long-term relationships. Your success is tied to your customers' success.
  • Bring feedback from the field back to our product team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
