Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.
Since the successful launch of our ad-supported model in 2022, we have expanded choice for consumers while creating a premium, brand-safe environment for advertisers. As our advertising business continues to scale, we are now seeking a Sales Partner for a key CPG advertiser to help define and execute the UK advertising sales strategy.
The Role
The Sales Partner will lead the relationship with a key CPG advertiser. In this role, you will be delivering a Joint Business Partnership, navigating a complex organisational landscape and building strategic relationships. You will be representing Netflix Ads, delivering the highest levels of client service and responsible for growing advertising revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Account Ownership and Stakeholder Mapping: Take full end-to-end accountability for a CPG account and its associated agency teams. This includes proactively mapping out and developing deep, trusted relationships with all relevant stakeholders involved in the planning, and buying of media.
- Deeply understand the client’s specific business objectives, challenges and key performance indicators to apply a Solutions Selling approach to briefs and proactively recommend media tactics that map directly to business outcomes.
- Client Education: Become the Netflix product expert to lead education and inspiration sessions. Keep on top of the evolving ad offering and influence the product roadmap by understanding the market landscape.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with XFN partners such as Account Management, Brand Partnerships and Measurement to ensure a seamless customer experience to set campaigns live. Understand best practices in Programmatic media to deliver strategic insights and grow brand count, average campaign size and identify opportunities for innovation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
