About the role
We are a fast-growing, post-revenue AI company serving e-commerce and retail. We are bootstrapped and profitable-minded, which means we invest in the people who bring us business rather than in large marketing budgets.
We are looking for a well-connected Referral Partner to introduce us to decision makers in our target market.
This is a commission-only partnership, not a salaried role.
It is designed for someone who already has trusted relationships with e-commerce and retail leaders and wants to monetize that network with a high-value product they can stand behind.
What you will do
Introduce us to decision makers at consumer brands, retailers, travel companies, and online service businesses within our target segment. Depending on your preference, you can work with us in one of two ways:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
- Connect-only: you make the warm introduction, our team runs the sales process, and you receive a finder's fee when the deal closes.
- Sales support: you make the introduction and stay involved through the close. We handle the product demonstration and technical discussion, you manage the relationship and closing, and you can earn recurring commission by helping retain the account.
Who we are looking for
A professional with an established book of business in e-commerce, retail, travel, or online services. Ideal contacts sit within SMB and mid-market organizations of roughly 20 to 500 employees, across Europe, the UK, the US, and Canada. You understand how these businesses buy, you value your relationships, and you make introductions you would be proud to stand behind.

Commission-only and intentionally generous. Because we are bootstrapped with no external investors, we can pay meaningful rewards to partners who drive revenue. Typical annual contract value ranges from EUR 70,000 to 200,000, and finder's fees and commissions are structured accordingly. Full terms are shared during our first conversation.
About us
We are a small, senior team. Our founders are former C-level operators from high-growth companies, and our commercial lead comes from a Chief Revenue Officer background. We run as a managed service embedded in our customers' workflows, and we have not lost a customer to date.
How to apply
Apply through LinkedIn or send a direct message with a short note on the network you would bring. We work by warm introduction, so tell us the space you know best.
