Sales/Partnerships - Flok Health

Cambridge (Onsite, in office 4 days a week)

Salary up to £90,000 depending on experience, excellent commission structure + equity.

About Flok

More than a billion people a year suffer unnecessarily from conditions like MSK pain, where the right treatment is well established but undeliverable at scale. Flok is changing that.

We're an AI-native healthcare provider delivering care at population scale. Our AI physiotherapy clinic is already live, treating NHS patients across the UK with same-day appointments through the Flok app. It's built from real physiotherapist footage and feels like a responsive video call. We're the first digital MSK clinic approved by the CQC, and we've just closed our Series A.

The Role

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and close large, complex deals across enterprise/B2B and NHS
  • Build an end-to-end sales process from scratch, and help others do the same
  • Win new business and grow existing contract value over multi-year partnerships
  • Act as a genuinely trusted partner to customers, not just a vendor
  • Help shape the GTM motion as we move from founder-led to team-led sales

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
