About K-OS VISUALS

KV is a video-first GTM creative agency built for B2B SaaS and AI companies. Our mission: make brand-driven growth the standard in SaaS - not the exception. We build Video-Led GTM Engines, a structured system that turns brand into pipeline, so every piece of content works as hard as the sales team.

Six years in. 150+ B2B SaaS brands. Seven countries. Seven figures in pipeline. Three companies taken to acquisition. Brands like Santander, Clearco, Access, Duetto, Planday, Paytently and Ringover - and counting.

The Role

We're not looking for someone who's already done this at scale. We're looking for someone with the right instincts, the hunger to learn, and the commercial drive to grow fast. You'll be supported by the founder at every stage - sitting in on live deals, learning how we pitch and close, and building your own pipeline with the full system behind you, and take on increasing ownership of pipeline and closing as you prove yourself. The salary reflects where you're starting. The commission reflects where you're going.

You'll build real relationships with founders, CMOs and CROs at fast-moving SaaS and AI companies and convert them into long-term partners. You'll step into a business with systems, tools, sequences and processes already built - your job is to run them, sharpen them and grow through them.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
