At Thoughtbubbles, we're on a mission to improve children's wellbeing through our Child Meditation Skills Programme, helping children develop resilience, focus, emotional awareness and lifelong wellbeing skills.

We're looking for a commercially driven, relationship-focused individual who is passionate about making a genuine difference. This is an opportunity to combine sales, partnership development and customer success in a role where your work directly contributes to improving the lives of children, families and educators.

The Opportunity

As our Sales & Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for driving awareness, sales and long-term engagement across our portfolio of wellbeing products and services, across four main customer groups:

  • Education
  • Families
  • Employers
  • Partnerships

You will identify and secure new customers whilst building strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.

This role is a Part Time position of 20 hours per week, we are entirely flexible how you structure your week as long as the hours are worked between 9:30am and 3pm.

The team you work with are based in Bristol, as such we'd like you to spend a minimum of 1 day each month in the office.

What You'll Be Doing

Business Development

  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, outreach and relationship building.
  • Build a strong pipeline of schools, education leaders, corporate organisations and wellbeing partners.
  • Deliver engaging online and face-to-face product demonstrations.
  • Develop strategic partnerships that increase awareness and adoption of our programmes.
  • Attend events, conferences and networking opportunities to represent the Thoughtbubbles brand.
  • Work closely with marketing to deliver campaigns that drive engagement and growth.

Account Management & Customer Success

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Ensure every client receives a gold-standard customer experience.
  • Create customer success plans that maximise programme impact and retention.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Deliver customer impact and performance reports.
  • Support onboarding and implementation of new customers.

Growth & Partnerships

  • Build relationships with trusts, local authorities, education organisations and strategic partners.
  • Develop referral and affiliate networks.
  • Create opportunities for collaboration that expand our reach and impact.
  • Help shape future commercial growth strategies.

What We're Looking For

You'll be someone who thrives on building meaningful relationships and creating opportunities for growth.

Essential

  • Proven success in sales, business development or partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building and account management experience.
  • Self-motivated, organised and commercially aware.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM systems.
  • Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs.

Desirable

  • Education sector experience.
  • Experience selling wellbeing, training, employee benefits or subscription services.
  • Understanding of schools, MATs or public sector organisations.
  • Experience developing strategic partnerships.

Within your first 12 months you will:

  • Contribute directly to improving children's wellbeing across the UK.
  • Grow sales revenue across our wellbeing portfolio.
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Increase customer retention and repeat business.
  • Establish strategic partnerships that generate new opportunities.

Salary: circa £23,850 based on full time equivalent of £45,000 plus performance-related bonus opportunities.
