This opportunity for a Sales Performance Coach will support and coach our new and existing sales colleagues to success. This role will be suited to someone with a wealth of knowledge in the Business-to-Business Energy environment, with a proven track record in Coaching and Developing others.
The Role Includes
- Working closely with senior members to identify which individuals require additional support and coaching.
- Maintaining up-to-date coaching records.
- Assisting the individuals to ensure that targets are exceeded each month using a coaching framework.
- Acting as a consultant and role model to salespeople and providing helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges.
- Evaluating employees’ performance and implementation of coaching after each session.
- Providing feedback to Key Stakeholders and Head of Learning & Development, reporting on coaching findings and call score changes.
- Driving commercial performance as a result of coaching delivered.
- Analyzing data to plan and optimize performance with individuals assigned.
- Building fantastic colleague & KSH relationships.
- Planning and demonstrating various coaching solutions via needs analysis based on individuals.
- Delivering sessions from our suite of materials when required.
- Liaising with assigned salespeople to increase their sales performance using proven coaching models.
- Tracking group and individuals’ performance based on agreed actions, ensuring these are in line with coaching framework.

Skills Required
- Proven track-record in delivering results in a high-energy sales coaching environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work and deliver under pressure.
- Organized with the ability to manage own workload daily.
- Outgoing personality, with strong organizational skills and a tenacious nature.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to motivate, inspire, and develop others.
- Excellent rapport building skills.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in the energy industry, with experience in cold calling, business-to-business sales.
- Strong achievement drive, self-motivation, and relationship management capability.

Qualifications/ Experience
- Has previous experience in a similar role within energy – Essential.
- Has a passion for inspiring others for success.
- Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Is good at building rapport with colleagues.
- Experience in a sales coaching role or delivering 1-2-1 coaching with results.
