Sales Performance & Incentive Manager – AC EMEA

As the Sales Performance & Incentive Manager of AC EMEA, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of sales incentive plans to align with team goals and guide performance across the Architectural EMEA business. Using market intelligence, sales data, and CRM systems, you will forecast targets, manage sales performance, and support commercial growth programs. Your ability to transform insights into action will ensure the sales teams are equipped with organizational priorities.

This role reports directly to the Commercial Excellence Director for AC EMEA and is a remote position.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage global sales incentive plans that support business strategy and guide performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Finance to ensure understanding and transparency across all compensation programs.
  • Analyze market trends, performance data, and sales figures to develop meaningful forecasts and set aligned sales goals.
  • Create sales performance rollups to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead the annual target-setting process, leveraging market intelligence and commercial insights to develop individual growth goals.
  • Assist in defining sales territories and assigning quotas to sales representatives while ensuring equitable distribution of accounts.
  • Monitor performance against targets and make necessary adjustments.
  • Oversee CRM system use for performance tracking and incentive eligibility, ensuring both data accuracy and support for users.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance understanding of sales incentive plans and tools like Power BI.
  • Drive adoption of sales enablement tools to boost productivity and clarity.
  • Partner with HR and Finance to administer and refine sales compensation models, ensuring transparency and performance alignment.
  • Work across multiple levels in the Strategic Team (SBU) and broader organization to ensure consistency and maximize results.

Qualifications & Prior Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales compensation, commercial operations, sales analytics, or similar fields.
  • Strong expertise with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Deep knowledge of sales technologies, commercial processes, incentive design, and workflow optimization.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects, stakeholders, and cross-functional initiatives, including administering sales compensation plans and leading target-setting processes.
