Salary: £23,915.49

Contract: 12-13 months FTC Start dates are usually in June/July

Hybrid working: We want you to get the best out of your placement, so we operate a hybrid policy where undergraduates work in the office 3 days per week. There may be times where you will need to be in more frequently depending on the needs of the business.

To apply for our undergraduate placement scheme, you must be studying for an undergraduate degree that requires a placement year. Master’s students are not eligible for this placement.

You will contribute to a collaborative analytical environment and develop invaluable skills in data visualisation, reporting, process optimisation, and stakeholder communication. If you're eager to kick-start your career, possess a good understanding of data analysis and business performance, and have a genuine passion for the field, we want to hear from you!

What will you be doing?

  • Support Salesforce and Tableau users, collate feedback and recommend future improvements.
  • Help coordinate strategic sales projects through trackers, actions, meetings and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain Salesforce retailer data, support quarterly activity campaigns and help resolve sales support queries.

What are we looking for?

  • Currently studying a degree in Business Management, Economics, Mathematics, or another analytical or business-focused field
  • IT literate, with foundation-level Excel skills and an interest in learning PowerPoint, Tableau and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, with excellent organisational skills and ability to use own initiative
  • A proactive and flexible approach with the ability to react appropriately and effectively to changing circumstances and demands
  • Ability to work both independently and effectively within a team
  • Able to work accurately with large datasets and communicate insight clearly to a range of stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
