Freelance Sales Performance Officer (London)
Location: London (Must be London-based)
Job Type: Freelance (One-month paid trial with potential for ongoing work)
We are a growing catering business looking for a motivated and results-driven Freelance Sales Performance Officer to help expand our corporate, event venues, client base and breaking into other areas to supply catering across London. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on generating new business, enjoys meeting clients face-to-face, and has experience negotiating and securing catering contracts/orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate a minimum of 10 qualified B2B leads per month.
- Arrange and attend sales meetings independently with prospective clients.
- Build relationships with businesses and convert opportunities into catering contracts/bookings.
- Develop strategies to gain B2B appointments.
- Develop sales marketing material with the business owner.
- Track sales activity and provide regular performance updates with the business owner.
- Work closely with the business owner to achieve agreed sales targets.

What We're Looking For
- Must be based in London.
- Proven 4 years experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Confident presenting to and meeting with potential clients independently.
- Experience in developing marketing material to support at B2B meetings.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, punctual, and target-driven.
- Experience in hospitality, catering, or events is an advantage but not essential.
- Mon - Wed 10am - 2pm to begin (Potential to increase to 5 days a week)
- £20ph
Performance Expectations
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Delivering at least 10 qualified B2B leads each month.
- Consistently building a strong sales pipeline.
- Supporting business growth through proactive marketing and lead generation.

- Provide 4 years proven sales track record. Essential
Trial Period
The successful candidate will complete a one-month trial. Following a successful trial and achievement of agreed performance targets, there will be the opportunity for an ongoing freelance engagement.
