Eden Scott is delighted to be supporting a global supplier of specialist piping products in the search for a Technical Sales / Business Development Professional to join their Aberdeen team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The role will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships across the energy and industrial sectors, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting clients with technically focused piping solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with internal commercial, engineering, and logistics teams to deliver accurate quotations, manage enquiries, and ensure customers receive the highest level of service.

Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the energy, industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors
- Strong knowledge of piping products and materials, including pipe, fittings, flanges, valves, and associated flow-control equipment
- Understanding of onshore, offshore, subsea, renewable energy, or wider process industry projects
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and confidently discuss product applications with customers and stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong commercial awareness, with a proactive approach to developing new business and growing existing accounts
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to deliver customer solutions
- Willingness to visit customers and support business development activities as required
