SALES OPERATIONS & CRITICAL PATH COORDINATOR / BRAND LEAD

Location: Camden, London

Salary: £28,000–£31,000, depending on experience

Employment: Full-time, office-based

Travel: Travel across Europe and Asia is mandatory

THE ROLE

This position has two distinct responsibilities. First, you will own and maintain the sales and product-development critical path across all Olympia brands. You will ensure that customer actions, sample requests, quotations, comments, approvals, and internal deadlines are accurately recorded and actively followed up.

Second, you will act as Brand Lead for one of Olympia’s smaller or developing brands. You will become the principal London-based coordinator for that brand and will have the opportunity to build direct experience in customer management, product development, and international sales.

  • Act as its principal coordinator within the London office
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the brand, product range, and target customer
  • Coordinate sales presentations, product requests, and customer follow-up
  • Participate actively in buyer meetings and progressively lead relevant discussions
  • Maintain direct communication with the Bangladesh design and product teams
  • Consolidate buyer comments and issue clear development instructions
  • Maintain the complete brand-level sales and development critical path
  • Track every sample, quotation, approval, action, and sales opportunity
  • Prepare regular brand updates covering opportunities, orders, deadlines, and risks
  • Escalate delays or missing information before customer deadlines are affected
  • Help develop the brand’s customer base and commercial opportunities
  • Attend relevant trade shows, customer appointments, and overseas meetings

PORTFOLIO-WIDE RESPONSIBILITIES

Across all Olympia brands, you will:

  • Own and maintain the master critical path
  • Record customer-meeting decisions, actions, owners, and deadlines
  • Issue prompt meeting summaries to London and Bangladesh colleagues
  • Chase outstanding actions across sales, design, merchandising, and product teams
  • Prepare weekly sales-pipeline and critical-path reports
  • Monitor quotations, sample requests, comments, and customer approvals
  • Coordinate communication between London and Bangladesh
  • Provide critical-path support to every Brand Lead
  • Provide cover for colleagues during travel and absence

This is not a passive administrative position. It is customer-facing and requires confidence communicating with buyers and colleagues internationally. Travel to Bangladesh, other Asian sourcing locations, and European customer meetings and trade shows is mandatory.
