Role Description
The Sales Professional role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. In this role, the Sales Professional will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing customer accounts, and build long-term client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product presentations and demonstrations, preparing quotations, responding to inquiries, and providing guidance on suitable security solutions such as IP and analog cameras, DVRs, and NVRs. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, maintaining accurate sales records, and meeting agreed sales targets. The Sales Professional will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to support effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Knowledge of CCTV, IP and analog camera systems, DVRs, NVRs, or related security technologies, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical products in clear, accessible terms.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including maintaining accurate records and managing multiple client accounts.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in the Manchester Area and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, technology or security products, or distribution is beneficial.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and presentations).
- Relevant education or training in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
