Job Opportunity: Sales Programme Manager

JBS Training & Consulting is looking to collaborate with an experienced, well-connected Sales Programme Manager to expand our banking and financial services training business across international markets.

We are seeking a commercially driven professional with a strong network in the banking sector, ideally a former senior banker or an established independent consultant who understands the industry, knows its decision-makers, and can identify and develop new business opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive banking experience across areas such as corporate banking, credit and risk management, retail banking, trade finance, treasury, compliance, operations, or other key banking functions.
  • An established network of contacts among banks, financial institutions, and senior banking executives.
  • A proven ability to identify potential clients, build relationships, generate leads, and develop commercial opportunities.
  • Strong business development, networking, and relationship management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and on a performance-driven, commission-based arrangement.

Who Should Apply?

We welcome applications from former bankers, independent banking consultants, and regional business development professionals based in key financial and banking hubs, including London, New York, Milan, Singapore, Dubai, Riyadh, and Johannesburg, as well as other relevant international markets.

  • A commission-based collaboration with earnings linked to business generated earning. The commission of 35% of the profit generated by each programme sold equates to approximately USD 2,200 for each three-day training programme.
