Sales Progression Manager – Manchester - Up to £30,000 basic with OTE £40,000

A market leading Manchester based Estate Agency are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Progressor or Sales Progression Manager to join their award-winning team.

What you will be doing

  • Progress property sales from reservation through to exchange and completion
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, estate agents and clients
  • Proactively chase updates and manage timelines
  • Identify and resolve delays or issues in the sales process
  • Keep accurate records and update internal systems
  • Provide outstanding customer service at every stage

What you will have

  • Previous experience working in property sales progression or conveyancing
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
  • A can do attitude with the desire to get sales to exchange and completion
