The Package:

  • Up to £30,000 - £36,000 basic DOE with OTE £45,000
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm, with flexibility around your start and finish times, plus Hybrid working
  • Manchester City Centre location

Harte Recruitment is working with an established property business looking for an experienced Sales Progression Specialist to take ownership of the critical final stage of the customer journey.

As Sales Progression Specialist, you'll own the completion stage of property transactions, acting as the driving force behind a smooth, successful buyer journey. Working closely with solicitors, mortgage lenders, developers and buyers, you'll manage multiple transactions at once, resolve issues before they escalate, and ensure every completion happens on time.

The Person:

  • Have 2+ years' experience in Sales Progression, Residential Conveyancing or Estate Agency
  • Experience with new-build, off-plan or investment property completions processes
  • Understand the UK conveyancing and completions process inside out
  • Stay calm under pressure while managing multiple live transactions
  • Be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Enjoy taking ownership and resolving issues before they become problems
  • Enjoy being the trusted point of contact for buyers throughout the completions journey

The Sales Progression Specialist Role:

  • Manage property transactions through to legal completion
  • Drive completions by proactively managing timescales and critical milestones
  • Work collaboratively with internal sales & operations teams
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage lenders, developers, estate agents and buyers throughout the process
  • Resolve delays relating to legal enquiries, mortgage offers, developer deadlines and property snagging
  • Keep buyers informed of build progress, developer milestones and expected completion timescales
  • Maintain accurate records, pipeline updates and completion milestones using CRM and case management systems
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience through to key handover
