Sales Progression Manager
Location: Colchester, Essex. Office Based Role.
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (No Weekends)
Start Date: Immediate interviews available

What You’ll Bring To The Team
- A confident communicator with standout customer-service skills
- Experience in Sales Progression or Estate Agency (preferred but not essential)
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a target-driven attitude
- A willingness to learn and grow
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently
