Help our customers move smoothly from reservation to completion
Are you an organised and proactive property professional with experience in sales progression, conveyancing or residential sales? Do you enjoy managing multiple transactions, building strong relationships and keeping things moving through to completion?
We’re looking for a Sales Progressor to join our Sales & Marketing team, managing the end-to-end progression of property transactions across our portfolio, including new-build shared ownership sales, resales and buy backs.
You’ll take ownership from reservation through to legal completion, working closely with customers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and internal teams to minimise delays and deliver a smooth customer journey. You’ll also play an important role in our Anti-Money Laundering and Source of Funds processes, alongside supporting lease extensions, management packs and other conveyancing activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales progression process from reservation through to exchange and legal completion, maintaining accurate records and key milestones
- Proactively liaise with purchasers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, valuers and internal teams to keep transactions progressing
- Monitor each sale closely, identifying potential risks or delays and taking early action to resolve them
- Provide regular updates and completion forecasts to the Sales Progression Manager and wider team
- Coordinate handovers between Sales, Completions and Aftercare teams to provide a smooth customer experience
- Maintain accurate and compliant information across CRM systems, databases and sales records
- Work with Sales teams to complete Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Source of Funds (SOF) processes for customers
- Identify potentially complex AML or SOF cases early, escalating where appropriate to prevent unnecessary delays to exchange
- Maintain accurate AML sign-off records, trackers and supporting documentation
- Manage lease extension requests, liaising with customers, solicitors, managing agents and valuers through to completion
- Prepare and issue management packs, landlord certificates, deed of certificates and certificates of compliance for property resales and remortgages in line with relevant requirements
- Ensure processes comply with relevant requirements including the New Homes Quality Code, Consumer Code, GDPR and Anti-Money Laundering regulations

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
