Job Title: Sales Progressor
Location: The Meadows, Camberley
Salary: Competitive Salary Package
Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm (Please note, that hybrid working arrangements will be available).

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Sales Progressor to manage property transactions from offer agreed through to completion. You’ll play a key role in keeping all parties informed, maintaining momentum, and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process while delivering excellent customer service.

Duties will include:
- Manage a pipeline of residential sales from offer agreed to completion
- Liaise regularly with buyers, sellers, solicitors, lenders, surveyors and internal teams
- Proactively chase progress and resolve issues to prevent delays
- Ensure all documentation is issued accurately and in a timely manner
- Keep clients fully updated through clear, consistent communication
- Maintain accurate records and notes on internal systems
- Escalate risks or delays to management where necessary
- Support exchange and completion targets with strong organisation and follow-up
Skills required:
- Previous experience in sales progression, conveyancing or estate agency (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Calm under pressure with a problem-solving mindset
- Customer-focused with a professional and friendly approach
