Sales Progressor
Location: Bristol
Salary: Circa £28,000+ basic salary with realistic total package of £40,000 in Year 1 (including commission/bonus). This is uncapped.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (early finish every Friday)

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join their successful Bristol office.
This is a pivotal position within the business, responsible for managing residential property transactions from the point an offer is agreed through to legal completion.
Acting as the central point of contact for buyers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and other estate agents within the chain, you will ensure every transaction progresses efficiently whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, commercially aware and proactive, with the confidence to identify potential issues before they arise and the communication skills to keep all parties informed and engaged throughout the process.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Progressor who enjoys taking ownership of transactions and thrives within a professional, customer-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential property sales from offer acceptance through to exchange and completion.
- Proactively progress transactions to ensure agreed timescales are achieved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors and all third-party stakeholders.
- Liaise regularly with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, lenders and other estate agents involved within the chain.
- Monitor complex property chains and coordinate communication between all parties.
- Anticipate potential delays and resolve issues before they impact the transaction.
- Manage client expectations with professionalism, transparency and empathy.
- Provide regular progress updates to buyers and vendors throughout the sales process.
- Ensure all internal CRM systems are accurately maintained with comprehensive case notes.
- Monitor key milestones and work towards monthly exchange and completion targets.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of current property legislation, AML requirements and compliance procedures.
- Deliver an outstanding level of customer service, ensuring every client receives a seamless and professional experience.
About You

- Previous experience within Sales Progression, Residential Conveyancing or a similar property-related role.
- A strong understanding of the UK residential sales and conveyancing process.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A calm, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional administrative accuracy.
- The ability to build lasting relationships with clients and professional partners.
- A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Good working knowledge of AML regulations and property compliance procedures.
- Competency using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
