Role Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Sales Progressor to join a talented team working from our Western region and based at our office in our Exeter office on a permanent basis.
Our dedicated Sales team have some fantastic residential developments and we're looking for someone who can help coordinate all aspects of the legal process of house sales and support with administration. The role is a great mix of customer service, working with our sales team as well as different legal and finance representatives.

Duties Include:
- Delivery of sales contracts within prescribed timescales
- Liaise with both the company’s and customers legal and financial representatives to underwrite as smooth and trouble-free sales process as possible
- Liaise with the company’s and customers estate agent to gain clear and up-to-date information
- Working to a monthly budget and forecast
- Produce and report on progress against forecast at weekly management meetings
- Communicate with a competitive and friendly sales team, operating across the region
