About Us
ATX Global is a property investment consultancy based in Central London. We specialise in off plan and government funded supported living real estate opportunities, helping investors build long term, high yield rental portfolios. We are growing quickly and looking for an experienced Sales Progressor to take full ownership of our transaction pipeline.
The Role
This is a key position that ensures agreed property purchases progress smoothly and efficiently from reservation through to legal completion. You will be the central point of contact throughout the process, coordinating buyers, developers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and internal stakeholders. Your ability to build strong relationships, spot issues early, and drive transactions forward will directly impact our clients' investment outcomes.
Given the part time self employed nature of the engagement, we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, run the progression function independently, and grow into a full time role as our pipeline expands.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
