About The Role

As a Sales Project Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction across major construction projects in the North East and Scotland area’s.

You’ll develop strong relationships with key contacts, position yourself as the trusted expert on all things Hilti, and identify opportunities to add real value.

Every interaction is about delivering meaningful impact — by tailoring solutions, solving problems, and championing productivity.

Territory coverage: North East England and Scotland

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at every stage of the project lifecycle — from Architects and Engineers to on-site Project Teams and Managing Directors — providing practical solutions, technical advice, and hands-on support.
  • Present value driven, efficient solutions aligned to the project scope and backed by Hilti’s innovative range of products, software, and services.
  • Work proactively with key decision-makers to secure specifications, gain technical approvals, and negotiate commercial terms that support long-term partnership success.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong technical sales capability with demonstrable experience in construction, engineering or similar environments such as nuclear, data centres, rail, or similar project driven industries.
  • Excellent communication skills and confident presenting complex proposals, value, and solutions to any stakeholder at any stage for example Procurement, Engineering and Supply Chain teams through to end user, Directors, C-Suite level stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Proven success of identifying and obtaining new business and proactive business development skills, ideally within a complex or technical product space or solution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills, with a focus on value led, consultative selling.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (desirable).
  • A natural sense of drive, curiosity and self motivation — with a genuine desire to learn, grow and make an impact.
  • Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
