Sales & Project Manager | Stronghold Security Doors | Beckenham, London

Stronghold Security Doors designs, builds and installs bespoke security doors for some of the UK's most discerning homeowners. Every door is engineered to order, and it has to be as beautiful as it is secure. Our goal is to become the UK's No.1 name in bespoke security doors, and we're building the team to get there.
You'll be based at our brand-new showroom and office in the centre of Beckenham, a premium space where you'll meet clients, present designs and close projects.
The role
You'll own each project from the first enquiry to the final handover. Clients will deal with one trusted expert throughout, and that expert is you. You will:
- Turn high-value enquiries into consultations, in the showroom, by video or on site.
- Understand each client's taste, home and security needs, then shape the right solution.
- Work with our design team on bespoke drawings and guide clients to final sign-off.
- Quote with clarity and close with integrity. We never use pressure and we never overpromise.
- Manage production, survey, delivery and installation, keeping clients informed at every stage.
- Deliver a seamless handover and aftercare that leads to five-star reviews and referrals.
- Run your pipeline and projects in our CRM.

About you
- You have a track record in consultative or premium sales. Project management experience is a strong advantage.
- You have a background in home improvement, construction, joinery, glazing, interiors or security, or the drive to learn fast.
- You're confident with high-net-worth clients: polished, calm and genuinely helpful.
- You're highly organised and can manage several bespoke projects without missing a detail.
- You take ownership and are motivated by results, not by a ceiling.
