About The Role
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, with your sound knowledge and experience in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning you’ll play a key role in supporting our sales and management teams to deliver on our development strategy. You’ll act as our technical sales presence in the region – generating new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and ensuring projects run smoothly from enquiry to completion.
Your Day-to-day Work Will Include
- Developing new and existing business opportunities across installation, service, and maintenance agreements
- Building strong customer relationships, advising on system design, and selecting the right equipment for their needs
- Managing the full project lifecycle – from initial enquiry to final handover
- Coordinating with engineers, sub-contractors, and colleagues to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery
- Monitoring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction at every stage

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a technical sales role or similar position within the HVAC sector.
- Knowledge and experience of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems
- A flexible, self-motivated approach and a genuine passion for customer satisfaction
- Proven sales and project management experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted business relationships at all levels
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Excellent technical knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Competent IT skills (Mac and PC – Word, Excel); CAD experience is a bonus
- A solid understanding of Health & Safety within the construction industry
- Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
- A full, clean UK driving licence
