Join a Leading Consumer Electronics Brand as a Sales Promoter
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for technology and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Sales Promoter to represent a market-leading consumer electronics brand within a busy retail environment in York.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with premium home entertainment products, engage directly with customers, and play a key role in driving sales performance.

Contract Length
12-Month Contract
Salary
£12.71 per hour + 25% OTE
Working Hours
- Monday: 10:00 - 19:00
- Thursday: 10:00 - 19:00
- Friday: 10:00 - 19:00
- Saturday: 09:00 - 18:00
- Sunday: 10:30 - 16:30
The Role
As a Sales Promoter, you will act as the face of the brand, engaging with customers and showcasing an innovative range of home entertainment products. Through product demonstrations and consultative selling, you will help customers make informed purchasing decisions while achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand professionally in-store.
- Engage customers and understand their individual requirements.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations.
- Clearly communicate key product features and benefits.
- Drive sales and achieve agreed targets and KPIs.
- Build strong relationships with customers and retail colleagues.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge through ongoing training.
- Ensure product displays meet brand standards.
- Provide an outstanding customer experience at all times.
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in a sales-focused role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working towards KPIs and sales targets.
- Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering results.
