Join a Leading Consumer Electronics Brand

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and customer-focused Brand Promoter to represent a recognised consumer electronics brand within a retail environment in Coventry.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong sales background who enjoy engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and delivering results. You will be responsible for driving sales, increasing brand awareness, and providing expert guidance on a range of market-leading home entertainment products.

Contract duration

  • 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Pay rate

  • £12.71 per hour + 25% OTE (Annual OTE up to £30,980.63)

The Role

As a Brand Promoter, you will act as the face of the brand, engaging with customers and showcasing a range of innovative consumer electronics products, including:

  • Televisions
  • Soundbars
  • Blu-ray and DVD Players
  • Cameras

You will provide product demonstrations, explain key features and benefits, and guide customers towards the right purchasing decisions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand professionally within a retail environment.
  • Engage with customers and identify their needs through effective consultation.
  • Demonstrate products with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and technical specifications clearly.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve individual targets and KPIs.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and store colleagues.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge through ongoing training.
  • Ensure products and displays are presented to a high standard.
  • Accurately report sales activity and performance where required.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven track record in a sales-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working towards KPIs and sales targets.
  • Confident presenting and demonstrating products to customers.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and professional approach.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of performance.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Working Hours

  • Monday: 10:00am - 7:00pm
  • Thursday: 10:00am - 7:00pm
  • Friday: 10:00am - 7:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
  • Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
