Sales Property Consultant
Based in Dubai, UAE — relocation supported with visa and RERA licence Commission only, with 50–70% paid daily Genuine potential to earn USD 1,000,000+ per year
About The Role
This is a relocation opportunity for ambitious candidates currently based in Cardiff: move to Dubai and build a career in a market with no income tax, year-round demand, and some of the strongest commission structures in global real estate. Training, mentorship, and marketing support are all provided.
What you will be doing:
- Provide professional property consultations in line with RERA and DLD regulations
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and marketing activities
- Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client requirements
- Advise clients on available opportunities across the Dubai property market, including ready and off-plan properties
- Negotiate offers and terms between all parties and successfully close transactions
- Assist with documentation and guide clients through the full transaction process
- Work closely with marketing and admin teams to maximize property exposure and ensure an efficient client experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable properties
- Stay updated on Dubai's property market trends, pricing, new developments, and available inventory

Requirements:
- Currently based in Cardiff (or nearby) and ready to relocate to Dubai within 1–3 months
- Background in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality, or real estate
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
- Financial stability is essential (commission-based role — 6 months of savings recommended)
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with strong English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Driving license preferred — you will need one in Dubai
