Sales, Purchasing & Ecommerce Administrator

Strainsense Limited are looking for a Sales, Purchasing & Ecommerce Administrator. Details of the role below:

• Accurately processing goods in and out, ensuring stock is received correctly and booked in with the correct labels.
• Preparing and dispatching customer orders, ensuring everything is picked, packed, and documented properly.
• Handling courier collections and returns.
• RMA's.
• Managing sales and purchase order processing, including credit checks, customer acknowledgements, and invoicing.
• Processing Ecommerce orders.
• Keeping the storeroom and workspace clean, tidy, and well-organised.
• Supporting stock takes as needed.
• Looking after incoming and outgoing post.
• Managing your inbox and supporting general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and ordering supplies.
• Answering phone calls politely and professionally, and directing queries appropriately.
