About the Company

Our client is a well-established independent security systems integrator with over 40 years of experience delivering advanced security solutions across the UK and Ireland. Operating within high-security environments, public spaces, transport networks, and critical infrastructure projects, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering reliable, innovative, and customer-focused solutions. Working alongside leading technology partners, the organisation remains at the forefront of industry developments, providing tailored security systems that meet the unique requirements of each customer.

About the Role

The Sales & Quotations Executive will play a key role in delivering a responsive and efficient service for customer enquiries, quotation preparation, and technical coordination. The position will also be responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of smaller customer accounts through a structured engagement programme. This role is designed to ensure customers receive timely support while enabling senior sales and technical teams to focus on strategic opportunities and larger, high-value accounts. The successful candidate will help maintain excellent customer relationships while identifying opportunities for growth within the existing client base.

Responsibilities

Quotations & Technical Coordination

  • Act as the primary contact for customer quotation requests, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Prepare, issue, and track quotations while liaising closely with the Technical Design team regarding specifications and technical requirements.
  • Qualify and prioritise incoming enquiries before passing them to the Design team, reducing delays and improving efficiency.
  • Manage the quotation process from initial request through to follow-up and closure for smaller accounts.
  • Ensure all quotations are appropriately qualified, prioritised, and commercially reviewed before issue.
  • Maintain accurate records and audit trails of all quotation activity within the CRM system.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
