Sales Recruitment Associate – London
Location: London | Full Time | Office-Based

What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of your own recruitment desk and build relationships across the global technology market. Your role will include:
- Building and managing relationships with candidates and clients
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Sourcing and qualifying top technology talent
- Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
- Conducting candidate and client calls
- Negotiating offers and managing expectations
- Building your own network and specialist market
- Working towards clear individual and team targets
- Using LinkedIn, CRM systems and other tools to develop your pipeline
- Learning from experienced managers and high-performing consultants

What We're Looking For
We’re looking for people who are:
- 1–4 years' experience in sales
- Target-driven and motivated by achieving results
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Confident communicating with different people
- Resilient when things don't go your way
- Coachable and hungry to keep developing
- Commercially minded with a strong work ethic
- Ambitious about progression and earning potential
- Comfortable working 5 days a week from our London office
Your background could be in B2B sales, BDR/SDR, business development, telesales, estate agency, car sales, field sales or another target-driven environment. What matters most is your attitude, ambition and willingness to put in the work.
Training & Development
You won’t be expected to know everything from day one.
Our 12-week training programme gives you the foundations you need to build a successful career in recruitment, covering everything from recruitment fundamentals and sales techniques to market knowledge and business development. And the training doesn't stop after 12 weeks.

You’ll continue to receive coaching, development and support from experienced managers and our L&D team as you progress.
