What is the opportunity?
This role represents a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a strong and fast-growing business focused on delivering exemplary customer service. The Fleet Industry itself is at the forefront of the UK's transition to EVs, and you will be joining this evolution at this most exciting of times.
You will also work closely with colleagues in all areas of our business to assist the wider team in managing customer requirements as well as gathering, collating, and presenting information and effective solutions as our customers transition their fleets to EV and Salary Sacrifice.
Location of role - South of England with a requirement to regularly travel to our offices in Huntingdon.
In This Role, You Will
- Achieve fleet delivery targets through focused and measured account management
- Deliver results by adding value and broadening the product take-up within each customer
- Manage complex and growing customer relationships, along with developing new business activity and opportunities
- Understand and handle customer-specific credit renewals & KYC requirements
- Strong knowledge of the UK contract hire and fleet management industry
- Ability to develop and implement suitable vehicle policies for companies looking to transition electric vehicles

- Strong knowledge of the UK contract hire and fleet management industry
- Ability to run a sales territory effectively and achieve sales targets
- Proven experience in relationship management and automotive funding solutions
- Sales-focused and results-driven with the ability to work to exacting timelines
- Knowledge and understanding of commercial vehicle fleet operations
- Full clean UK driving license

At Number 16 in the FN 50 table, the business has grown to a fleet size in excess of 16,500 vehicles through our sales-driven and customer-focused approach, as well as the broad range of products and services we offer customers in the provision of their company vehicle fleets.
