Your role at Baxter:
Manage a portfolio of Baxter Products in the South - from Southhampton, Portsmouth, Crawley, Eastbourne to Rye and Tenterden. Deliver on sales and profit targets, and provide support to NHS and Private Healthcare customers. This territory has secured business with ample room for growth within a nice size territory on the South Coast.
What are your responsibilities?
- Achieve agreed sales and financial targets in line with objectives for the geographical/business/assigned area of responsibility.
- Present clinical, financial, and value-based solutions to key decision makers within the Healthcare sector using an omni-channel approach.
- Train and educate Healthcare professionals on the safe, appropriate, and effective use of Baxter Products to ensure optimum patient outcomes.
- Develop, implement, and review territory business plans that are aligned to a National strategy, as well as identify and act upon local opportunities.
- Portfolio sell to improve growth opportunities and position appropriate clinical choices for our customers.
- Develop collaborative relationships to defend the existing business base through customer support, service, and differentiating solutions clinically and financially versus the competition.
- Demonstrate individual and group selling skills, effectively navigating a variety of customer types through the sales cycle.
- Apply sales data and market analyses to inform activity and ensure a focused and effective return on time.
- Contribute to the tender management process, including pre-tender focused activity, tender submission, and post-tender follow-up.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, support, and sharing standard methodologies by actively engaging with the local and National team/peer group on a regular basis.
- Adapt flexibly to thrive in a constantly changing external environment, as well as evolving internal business priorities.
- Use the CRM system to support planning, sequential selling, and territory analyses.

We're looking for someone:
- With strong business acuity to support our business's continued growth.
- Who demonstrates the ability to sell a wide and sophisticated product line while implementing appropriate prospecting strategies.
- Who is committed with unmatched consultative selling and closing skills.
- With a proven “can do” attitude and sales knowledge to aid in developing contacts, introducing new products, and developing strategies.
- Who has an appreciation for the sophisticated medical market and curiosity about developing trends and initiatives in the UK.

Education and experience:
- Established record of delivering sales goals or quotas (several years at or above quota) within a Theatre environment.
- Knowledge of tendering/leasing is an advantage.
- Proven selling skills in a direct sales environment, preferably within Operating Theatres.
- ABPI desirable.
