Target Salary: £53,303 per annum
Location: Any CITB office with hybrid working
Provisional Interview Dates: Monday 14th and Friday 18th September 2026
About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Reporting & Insight Manager to join our National Construction College (NCC) team.
This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on turning data and trends into meaningful commercial insight. Working closely with the Head of Business Development, you'll establish and drive a data-led approach to sales performance, forecasting and operational delivery across NCC, supporting informed decision-making and helping us achieve ambitious growth objectives.

You'll be at the heart of our commercial operation, coordinating activity across Sales, Marketing, Digital and Operational teams, ensuring performance is measurable, customer journeys are streamlined, and business opportunities are identified and maximised.
